It's also 300 mts only to supermarket, bars and restaurants and it takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the center of Calpe.
Distribution: this villa is divide into 2 floors connected together by an exterior stairway. Each floor has a living-dinning room with bed-sofa, kitchen, batroom and 2 bedrooms. There is also a very private solarium on the roof terrace, and a terrace with open views on the 1st floor. The garden is lage and flat, with a bbq and nice garden furniture. There is a parking for several cars.
