The main floor on a pool level has a spacious living-dining room well decorated (with nice views from Moraira all the way to Calpe), with access to a covered terrace leading to the pool. EXTERIOR: The 4x8 size pool is surrounded by a fantastic terrace with nice garden furniture and an unbeatable view to the Peñon de Ifach de Calpe. You can access the villa by an electric gate, behind it a big parking space. The villa is located in a high area of Calpe reason why it has such privileged views, at the same time just a few minutes away from the shops, restaurants and beaches.
